We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Optimization Expert to manage and maximize performance of our properties on The ideal candidate will have strong experience with OTA (Online Travel Agency) platforms, particularly , and a proven track record of increasing visibility, conversion rates, and revenue through smart content, pricing, and distribution strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Listing Optimizations

Improve c
ontent scores by ensuring property descriptions, amenities, and policies are accurate, complete, and engaging.
- Upload, resize, and tag photos to align with 's algorithm preferences and boost ranking.
- Maintain competitive and compelling rate plans, packages, and promotions.
- Performance Monitoring
- Track key KPIs including visibility, ranking, conversion, and cancellation rates.
- Generate and analyze performance reports, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Optimize occupancy by balancing daily, weekly, and seasonal demand.
- Revenue & Yield Management
- Implement dynamic pricing strategies in coordination with revenue management.
- Leverage tools (e.g., Preferred Partner Program, Genius Program, Visibility Booster, Promotions) to increase exposure.
- Conduct competitor benchmarking to stay ahead in the market.
- Guest Experience & Reputation
- Monitor and respond to guest reviews professionally, ensuring high review scores.
- Work closely with property teams to address guest feedback and enhance satisfaction.
- Collaboration & Strategy
- Partner with marketing, operations, and revenue management teams to ensure consistent branding and guest experience.
- Stay updated on algorithm updates, trends, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing properties on or other major OTAs.
  • Strong knowledge of OTA algorithms, ranking factors, and content optimization strategies.
  • Experience with revenue management, pricing strategies, and demand forecasting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; strong proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Attention to detail with ability to manage multiple properties simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration and guest interaction.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with channel managers (e.g., Hostaway, Guesty, SiteMinder, Cloudbeds).
  • Background in hospitality, property management, or short-term rentals.
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
