Siwtech SMC-Private Limited is looking for a skilled and responsible Full Stack Web Developer to join our growing development team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in PHP (CodeIgniter Framework), database management, and modern frontend technologies.

This is a hybrid role, offering both remote flexibility and occasional in-office collaboration for reviews, planning, and technical sessions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, customize, and maintain responsive web applications using CodeIgniter (PHP MVC).
  • Build and integrate RESTful APIs for communication between web and mobile platforms.
  • Optimize performance and ensure secure coding standards.
  • Debug, test, and refactor code to improve efficiency and maintainability.
  • Work closely with project managers to deliver tasks on time.
  • Collaborate via ClickUp / Trello for task tracking and milestone reporting.
  • Attend weekly progress meetings via Google Meet or in person.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of PHP (OOP) and CodeIgniter Framework (v3+ preferred).
  • Database design and management in MySQL.
  • Frontend experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, AJAX, and JSON.
  • Understanding of role-based access control (RBAC) and user management.
  • Familiarity with Git / Version Control.
  • Basic experience deploying applications via cPanel / shared hosting.

Preferred / Optional Skills

  • Experience with Laravel, Flutter API integration, or other PHP frameworks.
  • Knowledge of Firebase, Pusher, or WebSockets for real-time notifications.
  • Familiarity with multi-tenant or SaaS architectures.

Work Schedule

  • Hybrid Mode: Partial on-site (Karachi) and remote.
  • Working Hours: 9 hours per day, Monday to Saturday.
  • Must remain available online during official working hours.
  • Weekly milestones and performance reviews will determine continuity.

Contract Terms

  • Probation Period: 3 months (contract-based).
  • Salary transferred by the 10th of each month upon milestone completion.
  • Consistent high performance can lead to a long-term position.
  • Absences or missed milestones without prior approval may lead to salary deduction or termination.
