About the Role

We are seeking a
Prompt Engineer
to join our AI Engineering Team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in designing and optimizing prompts for generative AI systems. You will work closely with data scientists, backend engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that AI models deliver accurate, reliable, and contextually aligned outputs within API-driven workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, test, and refine prompts to optimize performance of generative AI models (LLMs, multimodal AI, etc.).
  • Ensure
    predictable, high-quality outputs
    across diverse use cases by applying prompt engineering best practices.
  • Collaborate with backend and data science teams to align prompt frameworks with
    API-driven architectures
    and production workflows.
  • Conduct experiments to evaluate
    prompt effectiveness
    and implement continuous improvements.
  • Maintain documentation of prompt strategies, reusable templates, and evaluation metrics.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in
    LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI optimization techniques
    .

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience working with
    AI/ML systems
    or related fields.
  • Proven expertise in
    prompt engineering
    for generative AI (OpenAI, Anthropic, LLaMA, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of
    context optimization
    and conversational flow design.
  • Experience integrating prompts into
    API-driven workflows
    and production environments.
  • Familiarity with
    Python, API integration, or scripting languages
    for testing prompts.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
