We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital & Social Media Marketing Specialist to lead our company's online marketing efforts. This role focuses on two key areas — building our own brand presence and providing digital marketing services to partner brands.

1. Brand Marketing

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to strengthen our company's brand presence.
  • Create engaging content and manage online campaigns to attract creators, customers, and fans.
  • Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across social media, search engines, and other digital platforms.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize results.

2. Client Marketing Services

  • Promote our company as a platform for brands to run marketing campaigns, contests, and collaborations.
  • Work closely with clients to design and implement customized digital marketing strategies.
  • Monitor and optimize client campaigns to ensure high ROI and deliver detailed performance reports.

3. Web Analytics & Performance

  • Use analytics tools to track website and campaign performance.
  • Interpret data to enhance marketing strategies for both internal and client projects.
  • Recommend improvements based on user behavior and campaign insights.

4. Social Media & SEM

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to grow engagement and build a strong online community.
  • Conduct keyword research, optimize ad campaigns, and run A/B tests to improve visibility and performance.

5. Affiliate Marketing & Growth

  • Build and manage affiliate marketing programs to expand our brand reach and partnership network.
  • Identify new opportunities for collaboration and growth through digital partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and campaign optimization.
  • Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, affiliate marketing, and advertising networks.
  • Proficiency with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
  • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
  • Highly organized, result-oriented, and collaborative team player.
