Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Android Developer to become a core member of our Rawalpindi team. This role is highly specialized, requiring a strong foundation in Android development coupled with expert knowledge in API integration and mobile ad monetization. You will be the technical bridge between our user-facing apps and the AI models that power them, while simultaneously resolving complex ad performance challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

Core API Integration: Masterfully integrate and manage complex third-party APIs for our AI applications, including those from Models Labs, Google's Gemini API, and others.

AI Feature Development: Build robust, fast, and scalable features that utilize the data returned from various AI services.

Ad Monetization Optimization: Deeply integrate, manage, and optimize Google AdMob and Meta Audience Network (Meta Ads) SDKs.

Ad Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve critical ad performance issues, specifically improving low Show Rate and Match Rate.

Mediation Management: Manage and optimize complex ad mediation stacks to ensure the highest possible eCPM and fill rate.

App Health: Utilize Firebase for analytics, crash reporting, remote configuration, and overall application health monitoring.

Design, build, and maintain high-performance Java/Kotlin code.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of proven, professional experience as an Android Developer.

Mandatory Strong Experience integrating and handling various external APIs (RESTful/JSON) for data consumption.

Proven experience with AI model APIs (e.g., Gemini, Models Labs) is a significant advantage.

Expert-level practical experience with Google AdMob and Meta Ads SDK integration and troubleshooting.

Demonstrable experience in optimizing ad mediation strategies to maximize revenue.

Strong practical knowledge of Firebase services (Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config, etc.).

In-depth knowledge of Java or Kotlin.

Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
