Job Title: Human Resource Executive
The Human Resource Executive is responsible for managing the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, HRIS management, and policy implementation. The role ensures smooth HR operations and supports management in building a positive, compliant, and productive workplace.Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Selection Manage end-to-end hiring process (job posting, screening, interviewing, shortlisting).
Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs.
Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment databases.
- Onboarding & Offboarding Prepare offer letters, contracts, and employee documentation.
Conduct employee orientation and ensure smooth onboarding.
Process resignations, conduct exit interviews, and manage clearance documentation.
- HR Operations & Record Keeping Maintain HRIS/HRMS systems and update employee data regularly.
Manage attendance, leave records, and ensure accuracy in payroll inputs.
Prepare HR reports, documentation, and letters (experience, salary, warnings, memos).
- Employee Relations Address employee concerns professionally and maintain a positive work culture.
Support conflict resolution and ensure compliance with company policies.
Organize employee engagement activities and morale-building initiatives.
- Performance Management Assist in the implementation of performance evaluations (monthly/quarterly/annual).
Monitor probation periods and maintain performance documentation.
- Benefits & Compliance Handle EOBI, tax documentation, medical benefits, and other statutory requirements.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Coordinate with finance for payroll updates and benefits disbursement.
- Policy & Procedure Support creation and updating of HR policies.
Ensure staff adherence to company rules, attendance, and leave guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in HR (or as required by your company level).
Strong knowledge of HRIS/HRMS (SAP, Odoo, etc.).
Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50, Rs60,000.00 per month
