We are now building our marketing engine in Islamabad and are seeking a skilled Marketing Specialist who can manage our full digital presence and generate measurable impact across global markets.

Role Overview

The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Axiom360's digital marketing efforts across all channels. This is a hands-on execution role, not a high-level strategy-only position. You will manage our social media, build and optimize ad campaigns, track performance, and work closely with our sales team to support lead generation.

The ideal candidate has strong content creation skills, understands digital marketing analytics, and has practical experience running social media and paid campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Axiom360's social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Plan and execute monthly content calendars.
  • Create, publish, and schedule content (text, graphics, short videos).
  • Design ad creatives and run paid advertising campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Google.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns for better ROI.
  • Build landing pages and funnels inside our CRM.
  • Track KPIs and deliver weekly performance reports.
  • Conduct basic competitor analysis and market research.
  • Support the sales team with marketing assets and lead-generation campaigns.
  • Improve brand consistency and enhance Axiom's online authority.
  • Ensure alignment between content, brand messaging, and company goals.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals.
  • Experience managing social media pages for a brand or agency.
  • Hands-on experience running and optimizing ads (Facebook/Meta, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google).
  • Ability to create graphics in Canva or similar tools.
  • Ability to produce short-form videos or work with editors.
  • Basic understanding of funnels, landing pages, and CRM systems.
  • Strong analytical skills for reviewing campaign performance.
  • Excellent written English and content creation ability.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Previous experience in IT/tech industries is an advantage but not required.
