Reporting to: Marketing Lead

We're looking for a
hands-on Social Media Intern
to help create, schedule, and optimize content that builds our brand presence and drives engagement across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X. You'll learn how real social strategies are built, tested, and scaled — from content ideas to analytics.

What You'll Do
Content Creation & Publishing

  • Draft and publish daily posts, stories, reels, and carousels across social platforms.
  • Edit visuals and videos using
    Canva
    ,
    CapCut
    , or
    Premiere (basic edits)
    .
  • Maintain a
    content calendar
    for product launches, campaigns, and brand stories.
  • Ensure brand tone and visual consistency across all channels.

Community & Engagement

  • Monitor and respond to
    comments, DMs, and mentions
    .
  • Help manage
    giveaways, collaborations, and UGC (user-generated content)
    .
  • Identify potential
    micro-influencers or brand advocates
    for collaborations.

Growth & Trends

  • Research
    trending topics, sounds, and hashtags
    on TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Repurpose content across platforms (e.g. post → reel → short → story).
  • Support
    paid promotions and post boosts
    (brief prep, UTM tracking, reports).

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track weekly performance (reach, engagement, saves, shares, follower growth).
  • Share simple dashboards with
    insights and suggestions
    for improvement.
  • Learn to interpret metrics and align them with campaign goals.
