Job Summary:

At Conexus Industrial Solutions and Engineering Pvt. Ltd., we are committed to delivering critical safety solutions across industrial sectors. The Company is situated in Islamabad, but We are looking for a qualified HSE Officer for Kohat, Karak (Site Based Project).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and monitor company HSE policies, procedures, and legal requirements in the plant.
  • Conduct regular inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
  • Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses; prepare reports and ensure preventive measures are taken.
  • Ensure compliance with national laws, ISO standards (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001), and client HSE requirements.
  • Organize and conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and HSE training sessions for employees and contractors.
  • Monitor use of PPE, safe work practices, and permit-to-work (PTW) compliance in plant operations.
  • Support emergency preparedness and conduct drills (fire, chemical spill, etc.).
  • Maintain proper records of incidents, training, inspections, and HSE statistics (KPIs, LTIs, TRIR).
  • Promote continuous improvement in health, safety, and environmental performance.
  • Liaise with regulatory authorities and external auditors as required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field.
  • NEBOSH / OSHA / IOSH certification or equivalent is mandatory.
  • 2–5 years of relevant HSE experience in a plant/industrial environment (manufacturing, oil & gas, chemical, or heavy industry preferred).
  • Knowledge of local HSE laws, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 standards, and industry best practices.
  • Strong communication, observation, and reporting skills.
  • Ability to train, influence, and motivate employees to follow safe work practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
