We are seeking a vigilant and responsible CCTV Monitoring Officer to join our security team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring surveillance systems, identifying suspicious activities, and ensuring the safety and security of people and property.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor live CCTV feeds and report any unusual or suspicious activity
  • Maintain accurate records of incidents and daily operations
  • Work closely with security staff and law enforcement when required
  • Ensure all cameras and recording equipment are functioning correctly
  • Follow company procedures for incident response and escalation
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Requirements

  • Previous experience in CCTV monitoring, control room operations, or security (preferred)
  • Good attention to detail and ability to stay focused for long periods
  • Strong communication and observation skills
  • Basic computer literacy (experience with CCTV software preferred)
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
