About the Role

As an
Associate Consultant at Microsoft
, you will work with customers to help them adopt and implement Microsoft technologies, ensuring they gain the maximum value from their IT investments. This role is ideal for professionals with 1–2 years of experience in consulting, technology implementation, or software development, who are passionate about solving business challenges through innovation and cloud solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design, development, and deployment of Microsoft solutions (Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, or Power Platform).
  • Support senior consultants in conducting assessments, workshops, and solution demonstrations for customers.
  • Configure, test, and troubleshoot Microsoft technologies to ensure successful implementation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.
  • Provide technical and functional documentation for solutions delivered.
  • Develop skills in Microsoft's latest tools, platforms, and services through continuous learning.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in IT consulting, software development, system integration, or cloud solutions.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft technologies such as Azure, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, or Dynamics 365.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer engagement skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., AZ-900, MS-900, PL-900, DP-900) are a plus.
