Shifts

Day Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM

(Monday to Saturday)

Salary & Compensation:

Undergraduates: PKR 45,000 (Fixed)

Graduates: PKR 50,000 (Fixed)

Night Shift Allowance: Additional PKR 15,000

Commission: Attractive foreign-pegged commissions

Employer reserves the right to revise salary slabs and shift timings as needed.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to potential international clients for auto trading.
  • Identify, qualify, and generate new leads through persistent outreach.
  • Maintain and follow up on a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Record and manage interactions and activities using CRM tools.
  • Coordinate with the internal sales team to optimize outreach strategies.
  • Provide real-time feedback on market dynamics and customer behavior.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of sales experience (preferably international or BPO).
  • Strong English communication and interpersonal skills – non-negotiable.
  • Ability to work under pressure, achieve targets, and maintain motivation.
  • Comfortable working in night or day shifts (as assigned).
  • Tech-savvy and familiar with CRMs and digital communication tools.
