Phoenix Travel Management (Pvt) Ltd, a progressive and growing Travel Management Enterprise, is looking for a Corporate Sales Associate (Travel Consultant) to join our Islamabad office. Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle corporate travel inquiries through phone, email, and live chat with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Prepare, process, and confirm reservations while ensuring all client details are accurately recorded in line with company SOPs.
  • Draft customized itineraries and proposals tailored to clients' preferences, requirements, and budgets.
  • Respond promptly to inbound and outbound corporate sales inquiries via phone and email.
  • Manage bookings for hotels, flights, cruises, Euro Rail, domestic/international transportation, ferries, travel insurance, and event arrangements.
  • Advise clients on the best available options to cross-sell travel packages, accommodation, transportation, and sightseeing services.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa policies, documentation requirements, and travel regulations.
  • Provide clients with accurate travel information, brochures, and relevant publications.
  • Ensure excellent client communication before, during, and after travel to guarantee service quality and encourage repeat business.
  • Stay informed about current and future availability of travel packages and excursions.
  • Adhere to company protocols, professional ethics, and service guidelines at all times.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree (Required).
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Strong proficiency in handling email queries, corporate communication, and professional correspondence.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as within a team.
  • Prior experience in the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry will be an advantage.
  • Age: 20–25 (Male/Female).
  • Must be able to work from the Islamabad office (not a remote position).
