EcomSpot is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – Supply Chain
to join our growing operations team. This role offers a structured career path with exposure to supply chain management, logistics coordination, and e-commerce fulfillment. The selected candidate will undergo comprehensive training and development to take on increasing responsibilities within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and gradually lead supply chain operations, including inventory management, procurement, and order fulfillment.
  • Analyze logistics and supply chain data, preparing reports on vendor performance, delivery timelines, and stock levels.
  • Collaborate with warehouse, procurement, and customer service teams to ensure smooth and efficient order processing.
  • Identify and contribute to process improvement initiatives to optimize supply chain workflows.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for shipments, deliveries, and supply chain records.
  • Research and recommend cost-effective sourcing, shipping, and logistics solutions.

Requirements:

  • Recent graduate in
    BBA, MBA, BBA (IT), BSCS, or a related discipline
    .
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
  • Proactive mindset with eagerness to learn and grow into a leadership role.
