Job Title: Office Management Intern (Unpaid)

Duration: 2–3 months

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and organized Office Management Intern to support the day-to-day administrative operations of our institute. This is an excellent opportunity for students or fresh graduates who wish to gain hands-on experience in office coordination, administration, and professional communication within the education and IT training sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily office operations and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
  • Manage student attendance records and course documentation.
  • Support instructors and management with scheduling and coordination tasks.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and front-desk inquiries professionally.
  • Maintain student databases and update records as required.
  • Help organize workshops, seminars, and internal events.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in progress or Complete in IT, CS, SE etc.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, Google Workspace).
  • Positive attitude, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a team environment.
