About the Role:

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented 2D Animator to join our growing team If you've spent the last few years bringing stories to life for advertising or digital agencies — and you're excited about combining motion design with modern tools and AI innovation — this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and animate engaging 2D motion graphics for digital and social media campaigns.
  • Collaborate with creative directors, copywriters, and designers to develop cohesive visual stories.
  • Create, edit and refine animations using Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
  • Explore and integrate emerging creative tools such as CapCut, Canva, and AI-based video generation platforms to enhance workflows.
  • Maintain consistency with brand guidelines while experimenting with new animation techniques.
  • Work on a variety of content from product explainers to short social videos, reels, and ad campaigns.

Requirements:

  • 3–4 years of experience as a 2D animator or motion designer in an advertising or digital agency environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro (a must).
  • Familiarity with CapCut, Canva, and AI prompt-based video generation tools (a plus).
  • Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, and composition.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing creative directions.
  • A portfolio showcasing a range of motion design and animation work.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):

  • Experience with sound design or syncing audio to visuals.
  • Basic understanding of color grading and transitions.
  • Curiosity for emerging creative technologies and AI tools.
