We're Hiring: AI-Empowered Content Writer (2–4 Years Experience)

Job Summary

We're seeking a creative and AI-savvy Content Writer who knows how to blend technology with storytelling.

If you can generate content using AI tools like ChatGPT, then refine, proofread, and humanize it for web, social, and marketing, this role is for you

This isn't about word count, it's about impact, clarity, and conversion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, etc.) to generate high-quality first drafts and transform them into engaging, human-sounding content.
  • Proofread, fact-check, and edit AI-generated copy to ensure tone, accuracy, and natural flow.
  • Create conversion focused content for landing pages, websites, social media, and campaigns.
  • Write clear and persuasive sales copy, product descriptions, and brand messaging.
  • Collaborate with design, marketing, and SEO teams to align tone, visuals, and performance.
  • Research trends, competitors, and keywords to guide content strategy.
  • Manage content calendars and deliver consistently polished copy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in content writing, digital marketing, or copywriting.
  • Proven ability to edit and refine AI-assisted content into natural, human-quality writing.
  • Expertise in landing page copy, social media storytelling, and web content.
  • Excellent grammar, proofreading, and tone-adaptation skills.
  • Understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing best practices.
  • Strong creativity, time management, and attention to detail.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with AI content tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, , etc.).
  • Ability to differentiate between AI-sounding and human-sounding copy.
  • Familiarity with marketing funnels, user intent, and persuasive copywriting.
