IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

In this role, you'll be responsible for the
end-to-end design and planning of PS Core Network Elements (NEs)
based on commercial traffic forecasts, network evolution goals, product life-cycle, and business continuity requirements to ensure optimal capacity and performance. You'll assist in
RFP preparation
by developing technical documentation aligned with commercial, regulatory, and lifecycle needs. The role also involves
launching PS Core node capacities and new features
in compliance with commercial and regulatory standards, while supporting
CAPEX budgeting
by preparing BOQs, low-level designs, and coordinating with vendors. Additionally, you'll manage
network capacity during high-traffic events
such as Eid and New Year for PS Core nodes including SGSN, MME, GGSN, S/P-GW, DNS, CG, and Smartcare—ensuring seamless user experience and business continuity.

CAPEX Budgeting: Assisting in Budgeting of PS Core Capex requirements in

accordance with the Marketing forecast. Assisting in BOQs, low level design & other

technical documents in coordination with vendors.

Preparations for Special Events: Capacity management of PS Core nodes e.g SGSN,

MME, GGSN, S/P-GW, DNS, CG, Smartcare etc during the high traffic events like Eid,

New Year etc

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification

  • BSc Telecom/Electrical Engineering
  • Relevant experience required.

Technical Competency:

  • PS Core Planning
  • Cloud Based Architecture
  • Basic Understanding of 5G / IoT
