Job Description:

Paklogics is looking for a Business Development Executive (Intern) who is eager to learn and grow in the IT sales domain. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, confidence in client interaction, and a proactive mindset to explore international markets and platforms like Upwork and LinkedIn.

This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience and professional development, leading to a potential full-time job after 3 months based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in generating leads through Upwork, LinkedIn, and email campaigns.
  • Support in preparing proposals and handling client communications.
  • Conduct research to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
  • Maintain client records and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to achieve targets.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Basic understanding of sales, bidding platforms, or client communication.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
