Academic Cordinator

Job Description:

Aptech Metro Star Gate is a well-established institute dedicated to providing top-tier IT education. We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Academic Coordinator to join our team and support our commitment to academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, implementing, and updating academic programs according to institutional standards.
• Collaborate with instructors to enhance teaching practices and ensure they have the required resources.
• Provide academic guidance, monitor student progress, and resolve academic concerns.
• Maintain academic records, manage schedules, and ensure compliance with educational policies.
• Coordinate academic activities, workshops, and training sessions.
• Utilize MS Office and educational tools for data handling, analysis, and reporting.
• Serve as a communication link between students, faculty, and administration to ensure smooth academic operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Administration, or a related discipline.
• At least 1 year of experience in academic coordination or educational administration.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.

Location: Ground Floor, Metro Star Gate, Main Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi

Job Timing: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM / 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Work Mode: On-site / In-person
