Role

We are seeking a driven SEO & Digital Marketing Expert (3-4 years experience) to lead our online visibility, traffic growth and customer acquisition. The successful candidate will understand the travel / car rental / tourism domain and be able to implement strategies that increase bookings, brand awareness and engagement.

Key Responsibilites

  • Develop and execute SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, technical) tailored for the travel, tours & car rental sectors
  • Keyword research specific to travel routes, vehicle types, tour packages, destination guides etc
  • Optimize website content (fleet pages, service pages, blogs) for search engines and user experience
  • Monitor and improve site technical SEO (site speed, mobile friendliness, URL structure, schema markup, site architecture, crawlability)
  • Conduct competitor analysis in the tourism / car rental space, identify opportunities & gaps
  • Create and manage content calendars (blogs, destination content, vehicle features, guides) to attract organic traffic
  • Work with designers / developers to implement on-site SEO, also to ensure UX and conversion rate optimisation (e.g. booking flow, landing pages)
  • Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Bing Webmaster, possibly others) to track traffic, user behaviour, conversion, and ROI
  • Plan, run and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads etc) especially targeting travel-/tourism-interested audiences
  • Manage social media presence and content to support brand, engage audience, and drive leads or bookings
  • Local SEO: manage Google My Business / maps listings, reviews etc
  • Monitor & report KPIs (rankings, organic traffic, leads/bookings, cost per acquisition etc) on regular basis

Required Experience & Skills

  • 3-4 years of proven experience in SEO & Digital Marketing, preferably in tourism / travel / car rental / hospitality domain
  • Strong knowledge of SEO tools (eg Ahrefs, SEMrush / Moz, Screaming Frog etc) and web analytics (Google Analytics, Search Console etc)
  • Experience in content marketing & creation, especially in travel / destination or vehicle related content
  • Demonstrable track record of increasing organic traffic, improving search rankings, conversion optimisation
  • Experience with paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook / Instagram Ads etc) including budget management, audience targeting
  • Understanding of technical SEO: site speed optimisation, mobile responsive, structured data etc
  • Good understanding of UX / CRO (conversion rate optimisation) to improving booking funnel, landing pages etc
  • Good communication skills, ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, development, operations)
  • Familiarity with local market (Pakistan) travel and tourism trends, seasonality, customer behaviour

Nice to have

  • Experience with international SEO if targeting foreign tourists
  • Familiarity with CRM / booking platforms integrations
  • Knowledge of video content, photo-based content for destinations

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • Strong portfolio of previous work (SEO successes, campaign results, content etc)
