Production Engineer

Job Title:
Production Engineer (Mechanical / Electrical)

Location: Wazirabad

Qualification: BSc Engineering

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and monitor daily production activities, ensuring smooth workflow.
• Analyze daily production performance and set targets for the next day.
• Track and evaluate departmental KPIs for continuous improvement.
• Monitor machinery maintenance schedules and coordinate with HOD for timely upkeep.
• Assist in handling internal and external customer complaints.
• Ensure implementation of EMS/QMS standards in the working area.
• Discuss daily production plans and performance updates with HOD.
• Prepare and present departmental progress reports.
• Ensure maximum utilization of manpower and machinery.

Requirements:

• Education:
  BSc Industrial Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical background preferred)
• Experience:
  Minimum 2 years of experience in the automotive industry
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
• Hands-on experience with production monitoring, KPIs and continuous improvement processes
