Role Description

We're looking for a
full-time SaaS Content Writer
who can craft high-quality, conversion-focused content for B2B SaaS companies.

This is a
full-time role with regular office hours (10 AM – 6 PM)
.

This is a
hybrid role
, but for candidates with the right skillset outside of the city, we're open to a
fully remote arrangement
.

What we care about in our writing:

Understanding the product – You take the time to learn which features, benefits, and value propositions matter.

Search intent matters – Before writing, you analyze the search intent behind keywords to ensure we're answering the right questions.

Fluff-free intros – We don't do generic openings. Our intros must hook the reader and match their knowledge level.

Specifics over generalities – The body of the article should use concrete details, examples, and data to support claims.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in
    content writing for B2B SaaS
    or technology companies (portfolio of work required).
  • Ability to write with
    clarity, precision, and conversion focus
    , tailored to buyer personas at different stages of the funnel.
  • Strong understanding of
    content marketing principles
    and how content drives inbound leads.
  • Skilled in turning
    complex technical concepts
    into engaging, easy-to-understand content for decision-makers.
  • Excellent research skills with the ability to gather information from product documentation, SMEs, and market trends.
  • Proficiency in
    web content writing tools
    (Google Docs, Grammarly, etc.).
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills — able to meet deadlines while handling multiple projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in
    English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field
    (or equivalent practical experience).
