Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Project Manager โ€“ High-Rise Commercial Construction. The role is located in Bahawalpur. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing high-rise commercial construction projects from inception to completion. Key tasks include managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining high-quality standards. The Senior Project Manager will also be responsible for mitigating project risks, resolving issues, and ensuring successful project delivery within the specified time frame.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Civil Engineering or Project Management
  • Project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
  • Minimum 10 years e
    xperience in high-rise commercial construction and familiarity with construction methodologies
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and quality control processes
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills for coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to mitigate risks and resolve issues
  • Experience in budgeting and financial management related to construction projects
  • Ability to work on-site full time in Bahawalpur
  • Proficiency with Primavera / MS Project and project management systems
