Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise packing team and ensure quality standards are met.
- Inspect, identify, and quality-check surgical instrument sets before dispatch.
- Assemble surgical sets as per hospital and client requirements.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and dispatch logs.
- Report missing, damaged, or faulty instruments immediately.
- Coordinate with logistics and export team to ensure timely and safe dispatch.
Required Skills:
- Diploma/Certification in OT Technology or a relevant field.
- Strong knowledge of surgical instruments and sterilization protocols.
- Prior experience in hospital instrument handling, supply, or related field preferred.
- Strong organizational, record-keeping, and supervisory skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and a team player.
