Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Security Incharge, based in Karāchi. The Security Incharge will oversee daily security operations, manage and coordinate the security team, and ensure the effective implementation of security protocols. Responsibilities will include conducting risk assessments, monitoring surveillance equipment, maintaining security documentation, supervising shifts, and coordinating responses to incidents to ensure the safety and security of clients and properties.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to assess security threats and develop effective solutions
• Knowledge and experience in finance and financial services related to security budgeting and resource allocation
• Background in accounting and auditing to maintain and verify accurate security-related records
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency in using security systems and surveillance equipment
• Excellent communication and decision-making abilities
• Prior experience in the security sector is highly advantageous
• Relevant certifications or training in security management would be beneficial
