We are seeking a versatile and skilled Senior Web Developer with expertise in
WordPress development

custom plugin creation

, and
Webflow

. The ideal candidate will also possess strong front-end and back-end coding capabilities in
HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and React

to deliver high-quality, responsive, and scalable web solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• WordPress Development & Customization:

Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites, including the creation of custom plugins to meet business and client needs.
- Theme Builder Expertise:

Utilize advanced hands-on experience with theme builders like
Elementor Pro, Divi, Bricks, Kadence, and Gutenberg

. Customize themes and create custom pages via script and file handling in WordPress.
- No-Code Platforms Knowledge:

Demonstrate an understanding of no-code platforms such as
Webflow, Wix, Squarespace

, and their functionalities to integrate with or complement WordPress-based projects.
- Front-end & Back-end Development:

Implement custom features and functionalities using
HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP

. Ensure smooth integration and front-end/back-end optimization for better performance.
- UX/UI Optimization:

Focus on building and optimizing projects, adhering to
UX/UI best practices

to ensure seamless user experiences across various devices.
- Troubleshooting & Maintenance:

Proactively troubleshoot, debug, and maintain existing websites to ensure smooth, error-free operation.
- Collaboration & Leadership:
- Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to deliver on project requirements. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.

Requirements:

• Proven Experience:

Minimum of
3 years of professional experience

in WordPress development, with a strong focus on custom plugin development and theme customization.
- Technical Skills:

In-depth knowledge of
HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP

, and WordPress theme/plugin development. Advanced proficiency in
Elementor Pro

,
Divi

,
Bricks

,
Kadence

,
Gutenberg

, and custom page building via script/file handling.
- No-Code Platform Experience:

Experience with
Webflow, Wix, Squarespace

, and understanding their integration with WordPress.
- Problem-Solving Abilities:

Ability to identify and resolve complex issues quickly and effectively, with an attention to detail.
- UX/UI Awareness:

Strong understanding of UX/UI principles with the ability to create responsive and user-friendly websites.
- Communication Skills:

Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams and clients.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree

in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Experience with APIs:

Familiarity with REST APIs, third-party integrations, and custom API development.
- Version Control:

Experience with version control systems like

- SEO & Performance Optimization:

Experience with

best practices and optimizing WordPress sites for speed and performance.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum Methodologies:

Experience working in an agile environment is a plus.
