Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Lawyer, located in Lahore. The Junior Lawyer will be responsible for providing legal assistance, drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, and ensuring compliance with legal standards. They will also be involved in contract review and negotiation, assisting with corporate legal matters, Managing Recovery, and supporting senior lawyers in ongoing legal cases and transactions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in drafting legal documents and conducting legal research
- Knowledge of contract review and negotiation
- Familiarity with corporate legal matters and compliance standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field; relevant certifications are a plus
- Previous experience in a legal setting is preferred
