We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts & Billing Executive with a strong background in data entry, billing software handling, and ledger maintenance. The ideal candidate will be able to manage daily accounts-related tasks efficiently and ensure accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage billing operations and process invoices in the accounting/billing software.

Maintain ledgers, journals, and other financial records with accuracy.

Enter, update, and verify data in accounting systems.

Assist in preparing financial statements and monthly/quarterly reports.

Monitor accounts receivable and payable transactions.

Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.

Support management in audits and financial analysis.

Perform other finance and accounts-related administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in BBA (Finance/Accounting) or equivalent.

Proven experience with billing software and data entry.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and ledger management.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

Good communication and organizational skills.
