About the role

Net Revenue Management has been identified as a strategic key lever under Flawless Commercial Execution and is one of the key organizational capability areas. As a commercial excellence area, net revenue management brings the five tenets of brand portfolio pricing, pack price architecture, active mix management, promotion management and trade investment management under one single framework.

BU NRM manager role is being created to anchor the net revenue management processes, reviews and initiatives. The BU NRM Manager will support the BU NRM Director to lead design, develop and implement commercial strategies to support the delivery of area commercial plans, ensuring NRM metrices are achieved in a sustainable manner by balancing Haleon's commercial needs with those of our customers across channels. Key stakeholders will be market NRM Leads, Market Finance Managers, BU CBIA function, BU finance function and BU marketing function and strong linkage with BU Customer Marketing Leads.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop market/channel price strategy recommendations as per brand price positioning

  • Develop price value chain discussions, deliver robust net price analysis

  • Cooperate with CBIA to get elasticity updates at key BMCs

  • Cooperate with CBIA to incorporate consumer insights and choices into pricing decisions

  • Support the innovation process with price recommendations

  • Implement price monitoring (HLN and key competitors) to track price strategy implementation and capture potential price increase opportunities

  • Support promo guidelines development

  • Analyse and drive compliance of promo ROIs

  • Monitors spend bookings as per global finance 9 bucket G2N P&L norms with the help of area finance partner

  • Track & Analyse G2N evolution over time to drive efficiency discussions

  • Partner with area finance function to drive compliance on pricing and trade spend

  • Bring an NRM perspective in MPRs with the help of strong compelling and actionable insights

  • Support PPA processes by developing consumption data insights at channel, pack size, price tier, partition and benefit level

Qualifications and skills

Essential

  • Graduate university level education – preferably in business/scientific-related disciplines.

  • Fluent in English

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills

  • Proven analytical skills

  • Experience in FMCG/CH environment in a variety of sales/customer/marketing roles

  • Experience in working across complex organization structures

  • Ability to influence cross functional teams, stakeholders and senior leaders towards desired outcome

  • Numeracy and finance skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong commercial understanding / experience

  • Experience working with large datasets / relational databases desirable

  • Solution oriented mindset and the ability to derive insight that lead to action from complexity

  • High Sense of Ownership and accountability
