Job Description:

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented professionals to join our Customer Services Department (CSD) at the Head Office. The role involves managing customer queries, maintaining records, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely resolution of client concerns.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via calls, emails, and in-person visits.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the system.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve client issues.
  • Prepare and share reports with management regarding customer interactions.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through efficient service.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Prior experience in customer service or support roles preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a problem-solving attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs45,000.00 per month
