Senior Manager Transaction Services

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Manager of Transaction Services located in Kāmoki. The Senior Manager will lead and execute transactions by conducting due diligence, financial analysis, and audits to assess risks and opportunities. Responsibilities include developing strategies, managing transaction processes, preparing financial models, ensuring transactional compliance, and guiding clients through complex financial decisions. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide mentorship to junior staff members.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess risks, interpret financial data, and identify opportunities
• Proficiency in Accounting, including deep knowledge of financial principles and standards
• In-depth knowledge and experience in Finance and Due Diligence methodologies
• Expertise in Auditing processes and practices
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
• Ability to foster teamwork and mentor junior staff effectively
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Professional certifications such as CPA or CFA are a plus
• Previous experience in transaction advisory services or similar roles is advantageous
