About the Role

We are seeking a proactive Project Management Intern to support our Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects. This role offers hands-on exposure to enterprise ERP/CRM implementations and is designed as a career-track opportunity. Successful interns will be considered for a full-time Project Coordinator/Project Management role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Project Managers in planning, tracking, and reporting Dynamics 365 projects.
  • Maintain project documentation (status reports, timelines, meeting minutes).
  • Support in scheduling, monitoring deliverables, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
  • Help manage timesheets, task tracking, and follow-ups in D365/ESS.
  • Learn to work with tools like D365 Project Operations, Finance & SCM, and Power BI dashboards.
  • Contribute to risk identification and issue escalation.

Requirements

  • Fresh graduate or final-year student in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Interest in ERP/CRM systems (Dynamics 365 preferred).
  • Familiarity with project management concepts (Agile/Waterfall is a plus).
  • Basic knowledge of Excel, MS Project, Jira, or Trello will be an advantage.
