Job Overview

As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans across multiple channels to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. You will manage a team of marketing professionals, collaborate with other departments, and ensure that all marketing initiatives are aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing content, including website content, email campaigns, social media, digital ads, and traditional media.
  • Manage and lead a team of marketing specialists, providing direction, mentorship, and performance feedback.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies to optimize results.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources efficiently.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in marketing.
  • Work with external vendors and agencies to execute marketing campaigns as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role, with at least 2 years in a management position.
  • Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and team management.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media strategies.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
