We are hiring a Senior Principal

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the transnational and HEC education program.
• Develop and implement strategies to ensure the successful delivery of the program across partner institutions.
• Maintain and enhance relationships with international and local partners and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with educational standards and regulatory requirements in all jurisdictions.
• Oversee curriculum development and ensure it meets global standards and local requirements.
• Monitor and evaluate program performance, making adjustments as necessary to improve outcomes.
• Coordinate with faculty, staff, and administration to support the delivery of high-quality education.
• Manage the budget and resources of the campus.
• Represent the program in conferences, meetings, and events.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment for students, faculty, and partners.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Masters or Bachelor's degree in the relevant field
• 10 years of Experience in educational institutions/ Colleges
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• A thorough understanding of educational policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Experience in managing academic & Administrative efficiently.
