We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in B2B, B2C, and C2C sales, with the ability to manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, approach, and generate new business opportunities in B2B, B2C, and C2C markets.

Build, strengthen, and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.

Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that drive sales growth.

Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets.

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and potential areas of growth.

Prepare and deliver regular sales performance reports.

Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, customer service) to ensure seamless customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office tools is a plus.

Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple clients/projects simultaneously.

A goal-driven mindset with the ability to consistently achieve and surpass sales targets.
