Position: Social Media Marketer

Specialization: Meta Ads + Full Social Media Management

Location: Study Ways Consultants (On-site)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Office Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

Meta Ads (Primary Role):


• Create, manage, and optimize Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns.


• Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing.


• Monitor daily campaign performance and improve ROI.


• Prepare weekly and monthly campaign reports.

Social Media Management (All Platforms):


• Manage all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).


• Create monthly content calendars and posting plans.


• Coordinate with design team for graphics, reels, and promotional content.


• Respond to comments/messages and maintain community engagement.


• Track page insights, growth, and analytics.


• Develop strategies to increase followers, reach, and brand visibility.

Requirements


• Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager.


• Full understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and content strategies.


• Ability to create engaging captions and marketing ideas.


• Knowledge of pixel setup, retargeting, lookalike audiences, and reporting.


• Basic editing/design skills (Canva or similar) is a plus.


• Strong communication and data analysis skills.
