Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative marketing professional to own and execute our marketing strategy across digital channels. This person will be responsible for managing our brand presence, content creation, social media platforms, and communication campaigns.

The ideal candidate is a content creator at heart, with a strong focus on UGC style content, especially for Instagram and TikTok. You should be comfortable being hands-on with creating short form video content, experimenting with trends, and driving engagement through authentic, relatable storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the company's digital marketing strategy.
  • Manage and grow all social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) with a special focus on Instagram Reels and TikTok.
  • Plan, script, film, and edit short form video content for social media (UGC style).
  • Create engaging content (graphics, captions, videos, blogs) that feels authentic and drives interaction.
  • Coordinate with therapists to source content ideas, gather expert insights, and translate them into engaging marketing material.
  • Handle internal and external communications (press releases, newsletters, announcements).
  • Support influencer marketing and partnership campaigns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, social media trends, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or social media management.
  • Hands-on experience in creating video content for Instagram/TikTok (UGC style preferred).
  • Strong communication skills (English – written & verbal).
  • Experience with content planning, copywriting, and campaign execution.
  • Knowledge of social media tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Hands on experience with Canva (mandatory) and video editing tools for creating social media designs/reels and posts. Familiarity with Adobe suite is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple projects.
