Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Karachi. The representative will manage customer inquiries, assist with orders, ensure customer satisfaction, and resolve issues efficiently. Key responsibilities include providing prompt and professional customer support, ensuring positive customer experiences, and maintaining accurate records of interactions and transactions.

  • Proficiency in Customer Support with a commitment to achieving high levels of Customer Satisfaction
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to handling customer concerns
  • Familiarity with office systems and basic computer skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment
  • Preferred: Previous experience in a retail or e-commerce environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
