About the Role

We're looking for a skilled Data Scientist with 3–5 years of professional experience to join our growing analytics team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in statistics, data modeling, and machine learning — with hands-on experience turning complex datasets into actionable insights. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making, optimize business processes, and develop predictive models that support key business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
  • Build, validate, and deploy machine learning and predictive models.
  • Use statistical analysis and data visualization to identify trends and insights.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to define data needs and improve decision-making.
  • Implement ETL pipelines and data preprocessing workflows.
  • Present findings and recommendations in clear, concise reports or dashboards.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in AI, ML, and data science.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar analytical role.
  • Strong proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch).
  • Experience with SQL and data management tools (e.g., PostgreSQL, BigQuery).
  • Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and machine learning algorithms.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Matplotlib/Seaborn.
  • Experience deploying ML models and working with APIs is a plus.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
