Customer Sales Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our custom packaging team. The ideal candidate will build and maintain strong client relationships, generate new business opportunities, and ensure a smooth customer experience from inquiry to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the custom packaging and box manufacturing industry.
- Handle inbound leads and convert inquiries into successful orders.
- Understand customer requirements to provide tailored packaging solutions.
- Prepare and present price quotations, proposals, and samples.
- Coordinate with the design and production teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
- Maintain records of sales activities in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications:
- 6 month to 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in packaging, printing, or manufacturing.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for service excellence.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs45, Rs50,000.00 per month
