Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our custom packaging team. The ideal candidate will build and maintain strong client relationships, generate new business opportunities, and ensure a smooth customer experience from inquiry to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the custom packaging and box manufacturing industry.
  • Handle inbound leads and convert inquiries into successful orders.
  • Understand customer requirements to provide tailored packaging solutions.
  • Prepare and present price quotations, proposals, and samples.
  • Coordinate with the design and production teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
  • Maintain records of sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • 6 month to 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in packaging, printing, or manufacturing.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for service excellence.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45, Rs50,000.00 per month
