Job Description

Responsibilities:

● Work closely with the product team to understand the requirements and goals of each project.

● Conduct user research and testing to gain insights into the needs and behaviours of target audiences.

● Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs for web and mobile applications.

● Ensure designs are consistent with branding guidelines and adhere to industry standards for accessibility and user experience.

● Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are technically feasible and can be properly implemented.

● Continuously refine and improve the design process to increase efficiency and quality.

● Stay current with the latest UI/UX design trends and technologies, and bring new ideas to the team.

Requirements

Requirements:

● Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills.

● In-depth knowledge of design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), or similar.

● Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and how they relate to design.

● Familiarity with responsive design principles and the ability to design for different screen sizes.

● Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to balance creativity with practicality.

● Strong communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
