
Lead Generation Specialist

We're looking for a talented Lead Generation Specialist to help fuel our sales pipeline and connect with the right opportunities. This role is perfect for a proactive, technically savvy individual with a passion for business development and software solutions.
What You'll Do
- Identify and qualify high-quality leads through multiple channels, including LinkedIn and email campaigns.
- Research target markets to build and maintain prospect lists.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective outreach strategies.
- Identify, bid, and win projects on freelance platforms in the areas of web apps, mobile apps, AI/ML, and custom software development.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery, from the initial client interaction to project completion.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Develop strong client relationships and foster repeat business.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of emerging technologies, especially in AI and software development, to effectively communicate solutions to clients.
- Stay up-to-date with freelance platform and bidding best practices.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in B2B and B2C lead generation (IT, SaaS, or digital services preferred).
- Proven experience in bidding with a track record of winning projects on freelance platforms.
- Strong technical knowledge of web development, mobile development, and AI/ML technologies.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Results-driven mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Compensation
- Base salary + commission, with opportunities for growth based on performance.
