Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Rawalpindi for Self Closers, Verifiers, and Closers. The role involves managing outbound campaigns, ensuring effective communication with customers, and closing deals. Daily tasks include handling customer inquiries, verifying details, finalizing agreements, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Candidates will play a crucial role in delivering results-driven outcomes through skilled closings and customer service.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills to effectively engage with clients and ensure clarity in all interactions.
  • Experience in Deal Closure, including managing accurate agreements and ensuring successful finalizations.
  • Customer Service expertise to maintain high satisfaction levels and address inquiries professionally.
  • Knowledge in Closings and Escrow management, focusing on coordination and compliance with required processes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is a plus.
  • Prior experience in outbound campaigns or related industries is preferred but not required.
