Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outreach to professionals via LinkedIn, email, and phone to encourage survey participation.
  • Make cold calls to either collect direct responses or identify the right contact person for forwarding surveys.
  • Maintain and manage a professional LinkedIn profile as the primary channel for outreach.
  • Keep detailed and organized records of outreach activities, contacts, and responses.
  • Share daily updates on progress, challenges, and results with the team.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Fresh graduate with
    BBA or a related degree
    (other programs also considered).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confidence in outreach via LinkedIn, email, and phone (including cold calling).
  • Ability to create and manage a professional LinkedIn presence.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to track survey progress systematically.
  • Basic research and analytical thinking skills.
  • Persistence, resilience, and motivation to follow up effectively.
  • Interest in marketing, market research, or sales with eagerness to learn quickly.

Experience:

  • 0–1 year of relevant experience.
  • Prior exposure to outreach, research, or sales-related work is a plus but not required.
