We are seeking two versatile Junior to Mid-Level BI Developers & Analysts to support key business intelligence initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a solid foundation to gain hands-on experience developing, migrating, and maintaining a suite of analytical dashboards and reports. This is a hands-on, technical role that requires you to work on-site, ideal for a professional who is building expertise in SQL, data modeling, and end-to-end dashboard development across major BI platforms. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, an excellent communicator, and meticulous about data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Dashboard Development & Design: Assist in building, maintaining, and optimizing high-impact, interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau.
  • Data Modeling: Support the design and implementation of efficient dimensional data models (e.g., star schema) to ensure optimal reporting performance.
  • SQL & Query Optimization: Write and optimize SQL queries across various database platforms (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL) to extract and transform data.
  • Data Validation & QA: Conduct rigorous testing and validation to ensure 100% data accuracy in all deliverables. Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions with stakeholders.
  • ETL & Data Preparation: Help develop and maintain data preparation processes using tools such as Power Query and Tableau Prep.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders and senior team members to understand requirements and provide progress updates.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain clear documentation, including data dictionaries and user guide materials.

Qualifications & Required Skills

  • 6+ months of professional or intensive internship experience as a BI Developer, Data Analyst, or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in SQL is mandatory.
  • Hands-on experience or strong academic projects using Power BI and/or Tableau.
  • Understanding of core data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a passion for delivering accurate and validated results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • This is an on-site position; candidates must be available to work from our office location.

Preferred Skills (A Plus)

  • Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure Synapse, AWS Redshift).
  • Experience with data integration tools (e.g., SSIS).
  • Knowledge of a programming language such as Python or R for data analysis.
