Role Description

This is a Full & Part-time on-site role for a No-Code AI & Automation Expert, located in Karachi Division. The No-Code AI & Automation Expert will be responsible for designing and implementing automated workflows using platforms such as n8n, GHL, , and Vapi. The role involves working closely with different teams to understand requirements and create solutions that enhance efficiency and productivity. Day-to-day tasks include configuring automation processes, troubleshooting issues, and providing support for ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement automations using n8n, GHL, and
• Build and manage AI chatbots, AI callers, virtual receptionists, and booking systems
• Develop CRM and WhatsApp automation workflows
• Work with Vapi, Zpair, OpenAI/ChatGPT, and Voiceflow for advanced AI integrations
• Set up inbound/outbound calling agents and AI recruiters
• Automate real estate sales workflows and healthcare processes
• Ensure reliability, scalability, and performance of deployed automations

Qualifications

• Experience with no-code tools and platforms such as n8n, GHL, , and Vapi
• Proficiency in designing and implementing automation workflows
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Prior experience in software development or IT is a plus

Required Skills & Expertise

• Proven experience with n8n, GHL, and
• Strong understanding of AI chatbot development, voice agents, and booking platforms
• Experience integrating CRM systems, WhatsApp, and third-party APIs
• Familiarity with tools like Vapi, Zpair, , and OpenAI
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently
• Strong communication and documentation skills

Pay: Rs15, Rs100,000.00 per month
