We are looking for a
Store Incharge (Trims & Accessories)
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all activities related to the trims and accessories store, ensuring proper inventory management, accurate documentation, and smooth issuance & receiving of materials in line with company policies.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise overall operations of the Trims & Accessories Store.
  • Ensure proper receipt, inspection, storage, and issuance of all trims and accessories (stickers & labels,  buttons,  tags, polybags, threads, etc.).
  • Maintain accurate stock keeping in ERP and ensure reconciliation with physical stock.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and report variances.
  • Liaison with merchandising teams for timely material availability as per production plans.
  • Coordinate with the production and cutting departments for material issuance against approved requisitions.
  • Support order-wise tracking of trims and accessories consumption to minimize wastage.
  • Ensure all trims and accessories meet buyer requirements and are stored under proper conditions to maintain quality.
  • Maintain documentation for audits & Compliance.
  • Supervise and train store staff for efficient handling and record keeping.
  • Prepare reports on stock position.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Supply Chain or related field

  • Minimum 3
    years of relevant experience
    in trims/accessories store management in a
    garment export setup
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    store operations, ERP systems, and inventory control methods
    .
  • Good communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
