Job Overview

We are seeking a competent
Civil Engineer
to support the planning, execution, operation, and maintenance of road infrastructure projects under the
Build–Operate–Transfer (BoT)
model. The role involves close coordination with operations, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient road and toll infrastructure performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise rehabilitation, and maintenance works of road, bridges, pavements, and toll plazas.
  • Ensure compliance with approved designs, technical specifications, safety standards, and contractual requirements.
  • Monitor road asset conditions and support preventive and corrective maintenance planning.
  • Coordinate with toll operations teams to ensure uninterrupted traffic flow and infrastructure safety.
  • Review contractor work, measurements, bills, and progress reports.
  • Assist in traffic management plans, road safety audits, and signage/marking compliance.
  • Liaise with government authorities, consultants, and concession stakeholders as required.
  • Maintain engineering documentation, drawings, inspection reports, and asset records.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Civil Engineering
    (PEC registered or equivalent).
  • 5–7 years of relevant experience in
    road infrastructure, highways, or toll projects
    .
  • Sound knowledge of road construction, pavement design, drainage, and structures.
  • Familiarity with BoT / PPP project environments will be an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of safety standards, quality control, and contract management.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office.
  • Strong coordination, reporting, and site management skills.
