Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve retail sales targets for paint products through regular market visits.
- Manage and grow the retailer/dealer network, ensuring stock availability and building strong, long-term relationships.
- Track industry trends, competitor activity, and provide field-based insights to the sales lead.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
Experience:
- Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience in the Paint & Coatings or Construction industry.
- Field sales background strongly preferred.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Fixed Monthly Salary + Performance-Based Incentives (Target-driven)
